Guy has worked extensively across Europe with some of the industry’s largest agencies and suppliers, accruing the insights and skills that underpin audio evolution’s ability to supply high level global corporate and special events.

Lee is a vastly experienced live events professional with more than 30 years in the industry. From hands-on experience on the road, to project development and director-level responsibility for large budgets, he is a natural leader who has cultivated success wherever he has worked. An accomplished team builder with the technical skills to match, Lee is the embodiment of the dynamism that drives audio evolution.
Peter Russell, Project Manager
Having worked for over 20 years in the live events and theatre industries as a technical project manager, Peter has accrued a set of skills that covers everything from sweeping the floor to Control Systems, RF Management, Comms and PA. Attention to detail and believing that it’s always worth doing something properly has kept Peter working on anything from theatre productions in the West End such as "Phantom of the Opera" and large-scale keynote events for 10,000 people, to managing 30 breakout rooms for some for the largest agencies and corporations in Europe and the USA.
With 7 years of industry experience since graduating in Sound Engineering and Production, Rory has been involved with the preparation, installation, operation, and maintenance of technical equipment for live events across the UK and Europe.
